The Nurse Manager must be passionate about leadership and supporting our clinic nursing staff to ensure delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care through development and implementation of workflows, optimization of HIT systems and adoption of standards to support evidence-based nursing care.  The Nurse Manager must be intuitive and responsive to identify opportunities for process improvement through utilization of the Model for Improvement and PDSA cycles.  Ensuring engagement with care teams, clinical compliance, confidentiality and safety of our patients is always be a priority for management staff.

  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse degree with active nursing license that authorizes work in South Dakota,
  • Job history which demonstrates increased responsibility and growth
  • Prior experience in healthcare leadership or administration.
  • Ability to travel across the state of South Dakota will be necessary
